气动孔口除尘系统在龙滩煤矿的应用

摘要:

针对龙滩煤矿干式钻孔粉尘污染问题,应用了气动湿式孔口除尘技术。本文介绍了该系统的组成及主要特性,并对该系统在龙滩煤矿的现场应用及降尘效果进行了考察,降尘效率均在97%以上。该系统在龙滩煤矿的成功应用为治理煤矿井下干式钻孔粉尘污染问题提供了技术支撑,为煤矿工人的职业健康和煤矿的安全生产提供了有利的保障。

Abstract:

According to its dry drilling problem, a new drilling hole dust collection system was used by Longtan coal mine. The thesis introduced the components and property of the system. By practical application and technical investigation, the dust collection efficiency is more than 97%, so the difficulty of dry drilling has been resolved, the miners’ occupational health and the coal mine safety production are guaranteed.
